Billing & Subscription

This page handles everything money-related: your plan, payment method, message add-ons, and invoices. You'll find it at Settings > Billing. (Your email and password live on the separate Account Settings page.)

Current Plan

View your active plan and its included features. Free users see a banner offering a 14-day Premium trial to explore premium features at no cost.

Upgrade or Downgrade

  1. Click Upgrade to open the plan selection dialog.
  2. Choose your desired plan (Basic, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise).
  3. Complete payment through Stripe's secure checkout.

To downgrade, open the Stripe Customer Portal (link available on the Billing page) and switch to a lower plan. The downgrade takes effect immediately, and any unused time from your previous plan is prorated and credited by Stripe.

Message Add-Ons

Running low on messages before the monthly reset? Buy extra messages in packs of 500 without changing your plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Buy Messages.
  3. Choose how many packs and complete payment.

Add-on messages are available immediately and do not expire at the end of the billing cycle.

Invoices

View and download all past invoices through the Stripe Customer Portal. Each invoice includes plan charges, add-ons, and applicable taxes.

Managing Your Subscription

The Stripe Customer Portal lets you:

  • Update your payment method
  • Change your billing address
  • Cancel your subscription
