Leads Tool
The Leads tool captures visitor contact information (name, email, phone) during conversations. All captured leads are available in the Leads Dashboard.

Adding notification recipients is available on paid plans only.
How It Works
When enabled, the chatbot intelligently identifies opportunities to collect visitor information:
- The chatbot recognizes when a visitor expresses interest or needs follow-up
- It naturally asks for the visitor's name, email, and/or phone number
- The collected information is saved as a lead
- Email notifications are sent to configured recipients
The chatbot doesn't aggressively ask for information — it waits for natural conversation points where collecting contact details makes sense (e.g. when a visitor asks about pricing, wants a callback, or needs a quote).
Managing Leads
Leads are managed in the Leads Dashboard where you can:
- View all captured leads with their contact information
- Filter by chatbot, status, language, or search term
- Update lead status: New, Contacted, Qualified, Lost
- Export leads as CSV (paid plans)
