Leads
The Leads page is the single place for every lead your chatbots capture. Track each lead's status, review the contact details and notes collected in the chat, and export the list for your CRM or email tool.
Full lead access (and CSV export) requires a paid plan; trials can view leads but not export. On the Free plan the data is blurred behind an upgrade prompt.
Filtering & Search

| Search | Full-text search across all lead fields (name, email, phone, notes). |
Lead Status
Every lead has a status that you can update directly from the list by clicking the status badge:
| Status | Description | When to Use |
|---|---|---|
| New | Freshly captured, no action taken yet. | Default status for all new leads. |
| Contacted | You have reached out to the lead (email, phone, etc.). | After your first outreach attempt. |
| Qualified | Lead meets your criteria and shows genuine interest. | After qualifying the lead through conversation. |
| Lost | Lead is no longer relevant or didn't convert. | When the lead goes cold or opts out. |
Lead Details
Click any lead to view its full details:

| Contact Info | Name, email address, phone number (email or phone is enough — both are optional individually). |
| Lead Info | Source chatbot, language, capture date, current status, and the detected interest. |
| Callback Preferences | Preferred callback day and time, when the visitor provided them. |
| Additional Info | Any custom fields collected during the conversation (e.g. company name, form answers), plus the session ID. |
| Conversation Link | Direct link to jump into the associated chatbot conversation. |

Best Practices
- Follow up quickly — Leads captured by chatbots are most valuable when contacted promptly
- Use status tracking — Move leads through the pipeline (New > Contacted > Qualified) to track your sales process
- Export regularly — Import leads into your CRM for long-term tracking and nurture campaigns
- Review the conversation — Click the conversation link to understand the visitor's needs before reaching out
- Filter by language — Prioritize leads based on your team's language capabilities
