Dashboard Home

The dashboard home (the page you land on after logging in) is your daily starting point. It shows how your chatbots performed today and gives you one-click access to the areas you use most.

Today's Statistics

The top of the page shows six cards with today's numbers, refreshed across all your chatbots combined. Use the refresh button in the header to reload them.

  • Sessions — Visitors who started a chat today
  • User Messages — Messages sent by visitors today
  • Bot Replies — Messages the chatbot sent in response
  • Conversion — Share of sessions that turned into a lead (leads ÷ sessions)
  • Leads — Contact details captured today
  • Bookings — Appointments scheduled today
These statistics are only shown to account owners and to team members with the Analytics permission. For longer date ranges and the full metric set, open the Analytics page.

Quick Actions

Shortcut tiles jump straight to the sections you reach for most often:

  • Conversations — Read past chatbot conversations
  • Live Chats — Step into real-time chats with visitors
  • Leads — Work through captured leads
  • Analytics — Open the full performance dashboard

Each tile only appears if you have permission for that area, so team members see exactly what they're allowed to open.

Your Chatbots

A list of your chatbots sits next to the quick actions. Up to 5 chatbots are shown here; if you have more, a "+N more" hint appears. Click any chatbot to open its settings, or use the + button to create a new one.

First-Time Setup

If you don't have a chatbot yet, the home page prompts you to create your first one and opens a short welcome dialog to get you started.
