Daily Statistics
The top section displays today's key metrics at a glance:
- Sessions — Total chatbot sessions started today
- Leads — New leads captured
- Bookings — Appointments booked
- Messages — Total messages exchanged
- Conversion Rate — Percentage of sessions that converted to leads
- Unanswered Questions — Questions the chatbot couldn't answer
Quick Actions
Shortcut cards link directly to the most-used sections:
- Conversations — View all chatbot conversations
- Live Chats — Jump into real-time chats
- Leads — Manage captured leads
- Analytics — Review detailed performance data

Your chatbots are listed below the quick actions. A maximum of 5 chatbots are shown on the dashboard. Click any chatbot to access its settings.

The dashboard header includes a News & Updates section with the latest product announcements and feature releases.
Plan-Specific Features
- Free users see a trial activation button to start their free trial.
- Free users also see an upgrade button prompting them to switch to a paid plan.
