The main dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your chatbot performance and quick access to key areas.

Daily Statistics

The top section displays today's key metrics at a glance:

  • Sessions — Total chatbot sessions started today
  • Leads — New leads captured
  • Bookings — Appointments booked
  • Messages — Total messages exchanged
  • Conversion Rate — Percentage of sessions that converted to leads
  • Unanswered Questions — Questions the chatbot couldn't answer

Quick Actions

Shortcut cards link directly to the most-used sections:

  • Conversations — View all chatbot conversations
  • Live Chats — Jump into real-time chats
  • Leads — Manage captured leads
  • Analytics — Review detailed performance data

Your chatbots are listed below the quick actions. A maximum of 5 chatbots are shown on the dashboard. Click any chatbot to access its settings.

The dashboard header includes a News & Updates section with the latest product announcements and feature releases.

Plan-Specific Features

  • Free users see a trial activation button to start their free trial.
  • Free users also see an upgrade button prompting them to switch to a paid plan.
