Conversations

The Conversations page gives you a complete overview of all chatbot interactions. Review past conversations, analyze visitor behavior, and export data for further analysis.

Global SearchSearch across all conversations by keyword. Matches against message content, session IDs, and visitor information.

Conversation Table

Each row in the table represents a unique chat session:

ChatbotThe chatbot that handled the conversation.
Session IDUnique identifier for the session. Click to copy.
MessagesTotal number of messages exchanged in the conversation (both visitor and bot messages).
Last LanguageLanguage detected in the most recent message.
Last IPIP address of the visitor's last interaction.
Last ActivityTimestamp of the most recent message in the conversation.
ActionsQuick action buttons (view, delete).

Sorting & Pagination

  • Sorting — Click any column header to sort ascending or descending
  • Pagination — Results are paginated for performance; navigate between pages at the bottom

Viewing a Conversation

Click any row to open the full conversation detail view. This shows:

  • The complete message thread with timestamps
  • Visitor messages, bot responses, and agent messages (if Live Chat was used)
  • Source references cited by the chatbot
  • Message metadata (language, IP, browser info)

CSV Export

Export your conversation data to CSV for analysis in spreadsheets or other tools.

CSV export requires a paid plan (Basic or above).

The export includes these fields:

Bulk Actions

  • Select multiple conversations using the checkboxes
  • Delete selected — Permanently remove selected conversations and all their messages

Best Practices

  • Review conversations regularly — Spot patterns in visitor questions and chatbot behavior
  • Search for specific topics — Use the search to find conversations about particular subjects
  • Export for reporting — Use CSV exports for monthly performance reports or stakeholder updates
  • Identify training opportunities — Look for conversations where the bot gave incorrect or incomplete answers, then update your data sources
