Bookings

The Bookings page lists every appointment a visitor scheduled through the chatbot — the meeting subject, who booked it, when, and which calendar it landed in. It fills up automatically once the Appointments tool is enabled and a calendar is connected in your chatbot configuration.

Bookings Table

Each booking is displayed with the following columns:

Calendar Providers

Bookings sync with your configured calendar:

  • Local — Managed within WebChatAgent's built-in calendar
  • Google Calendar — Synced directly with your Google Calendar account

Actions

  • CSV export — Export bookings to CSV (requires a paid plan)
  • Bulk delete — Select and remove multiple bookings at once

Setup

To start receiving bookings, enable the Appointments tool in your chatbot's tool configuration and connect your preferred calendar provider.
