Bookings
The Bookings page lists every appointment a visitor scheduled through the chatbot — the meeting subject, who booked it, when, and which calendar it landed in. It fills up automatically once the Appointments tool is enabled and a calendar is connected in your chatbot configuration.
Bookings Table
Each booking is displayed with the following columns:

| Chatbot | The chatbot that booked the appointment |
| Summary | Appointment subject or title |
| Customer | Visitor's name and email address |
| Start | Appointment start date and time |
| End | Appointment end date and time |
| Provider | Calendar provider — Local or Google Calendar |
| Timezone | Visitor's timezone |
| Created At | When the booking was made |
Calendar Providers
Bookings sync with your configured calendar:
- Local — Managed within WebChatAgent's built-in calendar
- Google Calendar — Synced directly with your Google Calendar account
Actions
- CSV export — Export bookings to CSV (requires a paid plan)
- Bulk delete — Select and remove multiple bookings at once
Setup
To start receiving bookings, enable the Appointments tool in your chatbot's tool configuration and connect your preferred calendar provider.
