Affiliate Program
Refer new customers to WebChatAgent and earn a recurring commission on every payment they make, for as long as they stay subscribed. It's free to join and there's no approval step before you start.
How It Works
- Join the program — Go to Settings > Affiliate Program and click Join.
- Get your referral link — Copy your unique referral URL from the affiliate dashboard.
- Share your link — Promote WebChatAgent on your website, social media, blog, or newsletter.
- Earn commissions — When someone signs up through your link and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn a commission.
Commission Structure
Commission rates are tiered by the plan your referral subscribes to, calculated on the net price:

Commissions recur for the lifetime of the customer — you keep earning every month they stay subscribed. Tracking uses a 60-day cookie with last-click attribution, so a referral counts as long as they sign up within 60 days of clicking your link.
Tracking & Dashboard
Your affiliate dashboard lets you monitor clicks, conversions, and earnings in real time:
- Total referrals — Number of users who signed up through your link
- Active subscriptions — Referrals currently on paid plans
- Earnings — Current and historical commission amounts
- Payout history — Record of all completed payouts
Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer, once you reach the minimum payout threshold of €100. Payments are processed within 30 days after the end of each month. You configure your bank details in the affiliate dashboard.
Getting Started
Navigate to Settings > Affiliate Program in your WebChatAgent account, accept the affiliate terms, and copy your referral link. You can start promoting immediately — affiliates are reviewed once they make their first referral.
