WhatsApp Integration
Let your customers interact with your AI chatbot directly through WhatsApp. The chatbot answers messages using your trained data — just like it does on your website.
Prerequisites
- A Meta Business Account (business.facebook.com)
- WhatsApp Business API access through your Meta Business account
- A WebChatAgent chatbot with trained data
Quick Start
- Open your chatbot in the WebChatAgent dashboard.
- Go to the WhatsApp tab in the chatbot settings.
- Connect your Meta Business Account by following the authentication flow.
- Select your WhatsApp phone number from the available numbers in your Meta account.
- Configure the webhook — WebChatAgent provides the webhook URL to enter in your Meta app settings.
- Test the connection — Send a message to your WhatsApp number and verify the chatbot responds.
How It Works
When a customer sends a message to your WhatsApp Business number, WebChatAgent receives it via the WhatsApp Business API, processes it with your chatbot's trained data, and sends the AI-generated reply back through WhatsApp.
Availability
WhatsApp integration is available on all plans. Standard WhatsApp Business API costs from Meta may apply.
