Free Trial
After registration you automatically get a 14-day Premium trial — no checkout needed. This unlocks Premium plan features so you can evaluate Live Chat, API Connectors, automatic re-indexing, and more. During the trial you get a higher content allowance than the Free plan (1M characters, enough to index a real website) and 200 trial messages; per-file upload size stays at the Free limit (1 MB). When the trial ends you return to the Free plan with no data loss — nothing is deleted.
Yearly Discount
Save 20% by switching to yearly billing. The discount is applied automatically when you select the yearly option during checkout or in your billing settings.
Message Add-Ons
Need more messages without upgrading your plan? On any paid plan you can buy extra messages in packs of 500 from Settings → Billing. Add-on messages are available immediately and don't expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Nonprofit Discount
Registered clubs and non-profit organizations receive a 30% discount on the Standard and Premium plans. Contact support with proof of nonprofit status to activate your discount.
Billing Details
- All prices are net (excluding applicable taxes).
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — changes take effect immediately.
- No long-term contracts — cancel anytime with no penalties.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Note: Downgrades take effect immediately. Any unused time from your previous plan is prorated and credited towards your new plan via Stripe.
