Free Trial
After registration you automatically get a 14-day Premium trial — no checkout needed. This gives you access to Premium plan features so you can evaluate Live Chat, API Connectors, automatic re-indexing, and more. File uploads and website pages (max 100 pages) are limited during the trial. After the trial ends, you return to the Free plan with no data loss.
Yearly Discount
Save 20% by switching to yearly billing. The discount is applied automatically when you select the yearly option during checkout or in your billing settings.
Message Add-Ons
Need more messages without upgrading your plan? Message add-on packs are available for all paid plans. You can purchase additional message capacity from your billing settings at any time.
Nonprofit Discount
Registered nonprofits receive a 30% discount on Standard and Premium plans. Contact support with proof of nonprofit status to activate your discount.
Billing Details
- All prices are net (excluding applicable taxes).
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — changes take effect immediately.
- No long-term contracts — cancel anytime with no penalties.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Note: Downgrades take effect immediately. Any unused time from your previous plan is prorated and credited towards your new plan via Stripe.
