Free Trial
You can activate a 7-day Standard trial directly from your dashboard. A credit card is required to start the trial. This gives you full access to Standard plan features so you can evaluate Live Chat, API Connectors, and automatic re-indexing before committing. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Yearly Discount
Save 20% by switching to yearly billing. The discount is applied automatically when you select the yearly option during checkout or in your billing settings.
Message Add-Ons
Need more messages without upgrading your plan? Message add-on packs are available for all paid plans. You can purchase additional message capacity from your billing settings at any time.
Nonprofit Discount
Registered nonprofits receive a 30% discount on Standard and Premium plans. Contact support with proof of nonprofit status to activate your discount.
Billing Details
- All prices are net (excluding applicable taxes).
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — changes take effect immediately.
- No long-term contracts — cancel anytime with no penalties.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Note: Downgrades take effect immediately. Any unused time from your previous plan is prorated and credited towards your new plan via Stripe.
