Common Configuration

All tools share these common settings:

SettingDescription
Enable/DisableToggle the tool on or off for this chatbot.
Email NotificationsReceive email alerts when the tool captures new data (leads, feedback, questions, bookings).
Notification RecipientsComma-separated email addresses for notifications. Adding custom recipients requires a paid plan.

Best Practices

  • Enable only what you need — Active tools that you don't monitor create unresponded events
  • Set up email notifications — Don't miss important events like live chat requests or new leads
  • Add team recipients — Route notifications to the right people (e.g. sales for leads, support for live chat)
  • Review tool dashboards regularly — Each tool has a dedicated dashboard page for managing its data
