Account Settings

Manage your account details from the Settings page in the WebChatAgent dashboard.

Account Information

  • Email — Your registered email address (used for login and notifications)
  • Account Type — Shows your current plan (Free, Basic, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise)
  • Newsletter — Opt in or out of product updates and tips

Change Password

If you registered with an email and password (not a social login), you can change your password:

  1. Go to Settings > Account.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Click Save.

Password requirements: minimum 8 characters.

Delete Account

Account deletion is available for users on the Free plan only. If you're on a paid plan, you must first cancel your subscription and wait for it to expire.

  1. Go to Settings > Account.
  2. Scroll to Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All chatbots, conversations, data sources, and settings will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
