White-Label AI Chatbot Platform

White-Label Platform

The white-label program lets agencies and resellers run their own branded chatbot platform on WebChatAgent infrastructure. Your customers log in on your domain, see your logo and colors, and receive emails from your address — WebChatAgent stays invisible.

As the operator you get an organization with a shared resource pool (chatbots, messages, training content) that you distribute across your own customer accounts. How you price your offering is entirely up to you.

White-label plans are sold B2B only. Checkout requires business details (company name, VAT ID where applicable).

Plans

White-label comes in tiers — Solo, Starter, Growth, and Scale — that scale your organization-wide pool of chatbots, monthly messages, and training content, plus how many customer accounts and phone numbers you can run. All quotas are organization-wide pools you decide how to split across your customers (see Quotas & Plan Management).

For the current tiers and what each one includes, see the white-label page.

Add-Ons

Extend any pool without changing tiers — additional chatbots, extra message packs, and extra training-content packs. Add-ons are billed monthly and can be added or removed at any time (prorated via Stripe). Bot add-ons are limited on the entry tiers; Growth and Scale have no bot cap. See the white-label page for the current add-ons.

What your customers see — and don't see

Your end-customers get a clean, fully branded dashboard. Everything that would reveal the underlying platform is removed automatically:

  • No WebChatAgent branding, pricing pages, or upsells
  • No Google/OAuth login (the consent screen would show the platform name)
  • No platform newsletter, affiliate program, or support dialog
  • No WhatsApp / Google Calendar integrations (bound to the platform's Meta/Google apps)
  • No "bring your own API key" — all AI usage runs through the platform keys included in your plan

Your customers manage their own chatbots, conversations, leads, analytics, and team members (up to 10 per account) within the limits you allocate to them.

Getting started

  1. Purchase a white-label plan under Settings → Account (existing standard subscriptions must be cancelled first).
  2. Complete the setup: custom domain, branding, and SMTP.
  3. Create your first customer accounts and allocate quotas.
