Quotas & Plan Management
Your white-label plan gives you an organization-wide pool of three resources:
| Resource | What counts against it |
|---|---|
| Chatbots | Every chatbot created by you or any of your customers |
| Messages / month | Every AI answer across all bots; resets monthly |
| Training content | Characters of indexed content (websites, files, Q&A) across all bots |
The pool card at the top of Settings → Users & Quotas shows live usage (used / total) and how much you have already distributed to customers.
Distributing quota to customers
By default, every customer draws freely from the shared pool — first come, first served. To guarantee or cap resources per customer, set per-user allocations (pencil icon in the user row):
- Chatbots — maximum number of bots this customer can create.
- Messages / month — monthly message budget for this customer.
- Training content — character budget for this customer's data sources.
Leave a field empty to fall back to the shared pool. The sum of your allocations is shown under each pool resource so you can see what is still unassigned.
When a customer hits their allocation (or the org pool is exhausted), their bots stop answering with a friendly notice until the next monthly reset or until you raise the limit.
Restricting AI providers
In the same edit dialog you can restrict which AI model providers a customer may use (e.g. only OpenAI, no Gemini). By default all platform providers are available. This applies to the model picker in the customer's bot settings.
Upgrading your plan
Under Settings → Account your current plan, quota usage, and domain status are summarized. Upgrade plan switches to a higher tier (Solo → Starter → Growth → Scale); the price difference is prorated by Stripe. Downgrades are handled via support.
Booking add-ons
Add add-on in the same card books extra bots, messages, or training content (see pricing):
- Quantities can be increased or decreased at any time; changes are summarized with their net monthly difference before you confirm.
- Removals take effect at the end of the billing period — until then the add-on shows "scheduled for removal" and can be kept with one click.
- Invoices and payment methods are managed through Manage subscription (Stripe customer portal).
Limits to know
- Maximum upload size per file: 100 MB.
- Quota is enforced org-wide: a single customer without an allocation can use up the shared pool. Set allocations for every customer if you resell fixed packages.
