Calls
The Calls page lists every phone conversation your assistant handled, plus any browser test calls. It fills up automatically once the phone channel is active and the Voice add-on is enabled.
Filters
Narrow the list by chatbot, outcome, language, date range, or a free-text search. Paid plans can export to CSV.

Outcomes
Each call is tagged with an outcome: question answered, callback requested, booking requested, transferred, abandoned, busy, limit reached, blocked, daily limit, error, or no outcome.
Call detail
Open a call (the eye icon) to see the full record:
- Duration and billed minutes, language, and whether it was a phone or browser call, with its status.
- The AI summary and any linked lead, which jumps to Leads.
- The full transcript, turn by turn, shown only if the caller consented to storage. Without consent you'll see a note that no transcript was kept.
- Actions: Block caller (future calls from that number are rejected) and Delete.
Usage
The Phone tab of each chatbot shows your minutes used this month, the number of calls, and how many lines are active. When minutes run out, callers hear a neutral unavailable message until the next monthly reset or until you add more.
Tip: Configure how calls are handled — voice, greeting, transfers, and limits — in the chatbot's Phone settings.
